AW Langshaw Reserve

Langshaw Reserve is situated in Altona North bound by Third and Fifth Avenues (on the east and west), and Cresser and Marion Streets (on the South and North). Langshaw Reserve is the home of the Newport Football Club. This reserve was named in recognition of Altona North resident Alfred William Langshaw. Alfred was the fourth of the nine councillors elected to the first council of the Altona Shire in May 1957.
